Specializing in Holistic Integrative Therapy, EMDR, and CBT & Concierge Mental Health
Dr. Jan Roberts & Associates provide individual and couples therapeutic and coaching services. Our approach with our patients is remarkably different than many mental health clinicians incorporating a more holistic approach looking at the emotional, cognitive, physical and spiritual aspects of wellbeing. We are active partners with our patients in creating and achieving their goals, and we employ approaches that are based in the latest research and scientific findings. We recognize that each patient is different and so are their needs.
Dr. Roberts and her team treat many different conditions, including some conditions that many therapists refuse to treat. We are a LGBTQIA-affirming practice and kink-friendly.
It is important to understand that not all people are alike, nor all they all in the same stage of making changes in their lives. One size does not fit all, and clinicians need to use modalities that meet the patients needs at that specific time.
Dr. Roberts and her team work to create unique treatment plans that recognizes each individuals unique position and history. We bring in aspects of many modalities, depending on the needs of the patient. The following modalities and approaches guide our clinical care.
